COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Our aim at SNS Internet is for all of our customers to be happy. However, problems do arise from time to time.

In the first instance you should always contact us by email with any grievances to see if we can come to a mutually agreeable solution without having to take further action. In the unlikely event that we can not agree on a way forward we have a stated complaints procedure below.

We take complaints seriously and pledge to abide by the following Policy:-

All complaints must be in writing (including email).
The complaint will be acknowledged within five working days of receipt.
A complaint will normally be dealt with fully within four weeks of it's receipt. If there are any valid reasons for the consideration taking longer, you will be kept fully informed in writing or via telephone or email, as you prefer, and receive a response at the very latest within eight weeks.
At your request, we will liaise with organisations acting on your behalf.
Our final decision will be in writing or via email, as appropriate.
